What exactly is your point? The amount of gas used? time? it can be 35-45′. It may be faster (though longer) to take 52 rather than Miramar at rush hour but I don’t know for sure. Yes, that is one of the townhouses I was refering to.
I am not pushing SR for the OP. I personally like it in spite of the commute. I think he’ll do better with a SFR in UC, or if that’s not doable for him, one in PQ.
