What do you consider walkable? My house is w/in 20 minutes walk from restaurants (not your fancy & expensive one though), gas station, 2 grocery store.
Solana beach & Encinitas have a few tract homes there too, so I guess I don’t understand what you’re trying to say w/ the name.
Don’t most neighborhood have sidewalk?
I guess I’ll never understand what’s the draw, and vice versa.
