We’re in the process of completing a Refi to 3.5 %.
We were at 4.25% on the original loan when we bought in 2011.
Will save us about $225 per month give or take.
With the rates Flu found we’re in disbelief.
I guess we’ll probably have at least one more refi to go after this one…
