Went to see the house today. My realtor said some body offered within the range. I like the house a lot but probably can’t afford to pay more than $460K. I think it will go for around $490K because there were many people that were interested.
Also, I do not want to pay this much for Mira Mesa schools. Might look for a smaller house in Rancho Penasquitos.
