Well, somehow the bank went thru the whole short-sale process again and its taking longer than expected. ( Bank ordered another appraisal, etc ). My lender is ready and my agent has the disclosures for me to sign but it seems that i am going to miss the deadline by about a week or two.
I was looking @ the tax credit requirement, and its the contract + HUD-1. I was wondering, would I be out of line if were to ask for the HUD-1 to be dated before the deadline?
