Yeah what you described would be the minimum parameters, especially with lot size. We could dip in home size if the lot size was there. If I were to compare the “That 70s show” stuff in Scripps with all the homes east of El Camino in 92024 I would prefer Scripps with perhaps a few exceptions. I am not a fan of any of the LCV stuff. I have a few people who do really like that area but it doesn’t do it for me. Not a huge fan of homes off of Olivenhain (off of Barcelona either)… Some possibilities intrigue me in Olde Carlsbad, kind of an interesting spot but damn far away. We dream shop more though in the Lone Jack area then anywhere else. No chances in hell of pricing getting to my range unless I wait until 2011 or am a part of Esmiths IPO. To bad… still fun to look though. I would have to say that the inventory in Scripps is about as poor as I have seen it in a long time. Also didn’t mention but there are some parts of Poway we are considering simply because they offer some pretty nice sized lots and there are some cool areas. I also view those spots as much more apt to come down in a quicker timeframe to NCC.
