I think the pricing is okay like you said but I am not to excited about it. True there is not alot of activity in Huntington Gate but this is one of the smaller homes in the development. It was purchased for 1M back in 2000 and the seller refid back in 05 for 1.305M… Anyways there are a few sales in 07 for 1.45M all the way up to 1.84M and another for 1.62M that closed in June of 08. The one in June also had an asking price of 1.95M and the home was 5159 sf.
So yeah it is nice to see….Hopefully the trend will follow with others in the development.
