Well, I can share some first hand experience since I am two of the pending listings mentioned in previous posts.
There were a couple of offers on my place and several offers on the house I bought. Both went for approximately 5% less than listing price. Since I upgraded I think I did ok even though I didn’t get my listing amount, especially since I plan to live in this house for at least 10 years.
Some things are moving in CV, although slower and slightly lower in price.
