Well at least you got the hyperbole thing down in your first post. 1000sq ft home 10 miles from the ocean in a bad school district for over half a million dollars? Where do you see that these days? I dont know if we had that at the peak of the bubble?
Once you get more than a mile or two east of 5, its not coastal anymore IMO.
