we had rats in the ceiling. they had got throught he roof. I set some traps and caught 3. There was still at least one when we moved. I billed the owner for the traps (less than 10 dollars). This person isn’t being that unreasonable. The owner should want to get the varmints out of the house not because he particularly cares about the renter but because of all the damage the varmints can do to the house. I dont think i was the tenant from hell for charging for the traps. I footed the bill for the bait. Bleu Cheese. Recommend it highly.
