We are still thinking and looking, have not made an offer yet. We like the house a lot but are trying to be objective and consider the cons, and figure out what we might feel comfortable offering based on pros/cons. Thanks to everyone for all the insight, its been a huge part of our considserations. I haven’t done this in awhile and I forgot how stressful it is. Fun, but stressful.
