We actually looked at that house. Pretty nice and I like the pool/backyard a lot. We ended up buying in Bay Park so I am obviously a fan of the area.
But at this place in particular, the traffic noise was way too much for me, by a long shot. Of course, that’s a matter of personal preference, and I happen to have a low tolerance for traffic noise. If you’ve been there to hear the noise multiple times (at different times of day/different atmospheric conditions) and it doesn’t bother you, then I guess it’s not an issue. It will definitely hurt the resale value of the house, but then again you are benefitting from that effect on the way in, so perhaps that is a wash. Best of luck.
