lawsuits by investors in individual courts i think ARE PENDING, suing to get their money back, anything can happen in individual courtrooms, the fed does not control the judge.

Um sure…And while I’m not a lawyer (you are), where to high profile cases usually end up…Fed level…You think there wouldn’t be pressure from the governments to rule things a certain way? Seriously, you don’t think Fed judges would somewhat be biased? Come on man…You should know the entire system is rigged. These outcomes are not even possible on the monte carlo simulation so to speak.
You also forget who is still the significant shareholder in some of these banks…
