Scaredy: As an attorney, I believe your understanding of slander and libel is probably very, very different from Markmax’s, especially regarding meeting the burden/crossing the threshold.
I also believe that age and experience will teach him that getting fired up over each and every supposed “attack” on his political heroes is a waste of time. Politics is bloodsport and there aren’t really any rules.
