scaredy, you are probably standing in line in a crowded REO in a crowded nondescript RIV County ‘hood that has rock-bottom prices (for VERY GOOD REASONS).
Why don’t you make some old folks in No. SD County some offers? Not as many buyers are looking for 2+ AC properties. Flippers don’t generally gravitate to them either.
I didn’t investigate the price paid or how long they were owned for the properties I suggested above, but I would venture that some of them have been owned a long time. 75+ year-olds that are moving in with their children in Oregon or somewhere aren’t looking to make a killing. They’re looking to move on because their time is running out. Just sayin’.
