View vs no view. No view sold in 1989 for $224,308 while the house with a view sold in 1989 for $262,244. So even in 1989, this house command ~$40k premium over the new view house. We’ll see when this house close how much premium people will give for the view now. If it sold for asking (which I doubt if it had 12 offers), the premium would only be $10k now vs $40k 21 years ago.
