Very intriguing. Given the worries many have about switching jobs and losing insurance this could at the very least be a great security blanket if a workers in an uninsured position for a number of years.
Also … As a parent, if I can, I always want some insurance on my kids if they don’t get it, since I’d sleep better. This could be a great backup
