Carve out all the houses along Sorrento Valley Blvd. and call it Sorrento Valley. If it makes them feel better, why not let them. I personally think houses in SV are over priced for essentially being MM, since their kids goes to MM schools. But if they like to be able to sell their over priced house to other gullible future buyers, then let them.
