Very good question esmith. I’d like to know as well. I never understand why they build SFR on such small lots. It makes lots in Mira Mesa look huge in comparison. For 850k, you can get 3000+ sq-ft house on decent size lot in other areas of NC that have schools that are just as good. Is the premium for CV and new houses really add up to that much sacrifice?
