Sorry for the delay but its been tough pulling away from te kids and the beach.
Short sales 5,743 down from 5,783. This is th efirst decline we have seen since the beginning of this thread by my recollections. Probably just seasonal.
Countywide we are at 17,396 down from 17,851 last week. Inventory typically drops alot more this time of year.
