UCGal, Here is the same man as in the original link writing about the legality issues of the tiny ones. I am not saying you can’t build something with approved plans in the area of 450-500sqft and bigger. Things could change, but right now it is going to be very hard or impossible to do one of the tiny ones as a stand alone, permanent dwelling with permits and is too risky to do without IMO.
