Two weeks ago, my wifes niece has swine flu and she lives in Texas. Her doctors urged her family NOT to take the vaccine. Her treatment was no different then the regular flu. They did not confirm it was swine flu, only that her symptoms were consistent with swine flu. A teacher at her elementary school did have it confirmed and she went to school and a week later many kids at the school did have it. However nobody died, everyone is okay, and not one of them received the vaccine.
