How *about* that weather we’ve had the last 2 or 3 days? It has been just AMAZING. Yesterday I could see San Clemente and Catalina islands from the Encinitas library. The former is over 40 miles offshore I believe… Today would make anyone want to be a winter surfer the water looked so inviting.
San Diego real estate will NEVER be at comparable valuation to Kansas City/Dallas. Please. Does anyone know a lot of folks who save up to vacation In Kansas City? There’s a reason – it’s not inexplicable by any means. I had colleagues in Dallas tell me they do no recruiting in the summer – they found it very hard to close on candidates who came and experienced the heat/humidity. Also don’t they have big flying cockroach things there? Please.
