Try Bonsall (just a little south of Fallbrook),
Really nice custom homes there with acreage (most with paying avocado groves on them).
Fallbrook is nice as well but its’ a little too close to the Base and not so sure about the schools.
Don’t really know about Bonsall schools either so you would need to check that out.
