Might be more of a reason that the 2010 e-class is around the corner, and the current generation e-class is on it’s last year of production run.

Of course, informed people know, and the worst purchase one can make is a car on it’s last production year before a redesign, new or used.

Also mercedes in most recent times have been P.O.S. in terms of reliability. Anyone considering buying a used one better be pretty handy or ready to cough up an arm and leg on repairs….

Riddle me this….Ever heard of replacing a car battery would lead to frying electronics and needing to replace components inside a car? Something as simple as replacing a battery has caused numerous issues in Merc’s electronics (seat sensors, eltronics,etc)…Search some of the forums. Absolute junk.

Not just C320 issues.. C32K and others too. Not to mention I believe the E-class’s battery is under the rear seat….Brilliant.
