To be honest, I don’t think the database is updated as frequently as one should. For one, even in CV I checked it was clean in all of CV one time and then there were a couple and then they disappeared again, so I’m not sure how often they are getting updated.
CA Renter…If this REALLLLLY concerns you, the quickest solution is to buy a home within a 1-2 mile radius of a school…. 🙂
