new listings – 14 back on market – 3
Total growth in inventory – 17
pendings – 2!!!!! Hey where did everybody go?
expired – 6 withdrawn – 1 cancelled – 3
Total decrease in inventory – 12
Net change in inventory – plus 58
The fact that there are only 2 pendings this week is pretty stunning. Perhaps we really do have a good bellweather here.
