This one is from builder. It’s the Chanteclair development. They also have 2 other houses in the 2700-2900 sq-ft range for 10-20k less. If you look at 4sranch.com, you’ll see most of the builders have lowered their prices to mid 600s for 3000 sq-ft with some high 2000 sq-ft from maybeck going for 630k. They were asking for low 700s less than a month ago.
