This is only a doom and gloom site if you make your money from selling or building houses. Those professions profit from increases in price, so anything to the contrary is painful. Instead, this site is a hopeful site. A hope that fundamentals will rule, that affordable housing will be had by all, and that responsible, hard working people will once again be the bedrock of a sound society. (instead of those most willing to leverage themselves to a hilt and gamble on a prayer of unearned riches and unbeliveable gains) I look forward to the day that I dont really want to post here, cause I am too busy on my land, and affording a good life. I know most here share my hope, not my doom and gloom.
