They were there first, since prices have returned to 2002, so have the original 2002 residents. It looks like they kinda enjoy the improvements to their land because of the shade and the plentiful supply of slow domesticated animals for snacking.
I wonder how many “lost cat” fliers are on the mailboxes in that neigborhood.
