They could but that is not the life most want. They want a mainstream life where their kids walk out the front door and play with the same kids they go to school with. They want to walk to the mailbox and chat with a neighbor who they consider a friend and peer. The choice isnt buy in NCC or Esco if it gets cheap enough. Its buy in NCC or rent here if its too expensive to buy.
