They actually bought it all when they first got married and lived in NYC. The stuff is amazing but my favorites are the dining room set with 6 bentwood Eames Chairs and the George Nelson bedroom set. I even hae all the original bills of sale for it all. The stuff is all worth alot of but I doubt I could ever part with it. It too sentimental and in reality I am very much an old softy.
Alot of my neighbors worked at RCA (including across the street and next door)as engineers but not m Dad. He was much like me a one of a kind and preferred to be a free agent. He spent 30 years as an independent Manufacturers Rep in a niche industry earning a comfortable living.
