These have been popping up all around my neighborhood over the past year. Every time I see one it makes me happy. And I think they are working. I walk the neighborhood frequently and have noticed more eye contact, smiles, and hello’s since these signs have gone up. It’s amazing what a simple piece of paper, Microsoft Word, and a few staples can do for a community.
