there’s something fishy about that courthouse “sale.”
#1, the house went up for sale within a day or two after the courthouse transaction.
#2, the house per pictures appeared perfect and open house ready.
#3, the name on the property tax roll never changed.
making me wonder if the original owner either A) bought it back from the steps, or B) the sale never happened.
the original owner was previously featured on my blog and was a “real estate coach” making me wonder if he had performed a few tricks to get out of that $1.7 million burden.
