there’s cheap ones in meadowview too, it’s just everything’s kind of old. but it’s right smack in the middle of town, with very difficult access roads that hide it, and it has a several hundred acre meadow in the middle.
and an aggressive HOA that is cheap but diligent, and my wife said they would kick us out because I am such a slob.
