Then CA would be forced into a systematic overhaul — it’s broke because of an overgrown, overpaid bureaucracy, not because it needs support from insider trading. Don’t get me wrong: I support things like CA’s strict pollution regulations, but most states could be run in a more efficient manner no doubt.
