The weird thing is, there was an old 4-bedroom house for rent in Redneck Heaven for $1850/month. I wonder if they’re actually getting those prices.
I just signed a lease on a house in Penasquitos. 4 bedrooms, 1700 sf, big backyard, for $2100/month. Why would anybody pay almost as much for a 4br in Temecula?
