The way I see it , if you know IT, and can relate it to operational process and have a little sales in you , you have a substantial opportunity to profit from IT spending. Contracts that go offshore start here. For those who can figure out how to get them they will reep healthy profits. My suggtestion is to start a DVB and figure out the contracting angle.
