The second 3BR property on Ramsey is far superior. Its a probate sale with tons of equity. At 1600 sq ft for 3BR it works much better than 4BR crammed into 1400 sq ft.
Lots of cars on the street is indicative of rentals with lots of singles crammed in. Its not a petty reason and I would look into that.
