The school comment is not accurate. PB Elementary and Sessions score almost as high as the LJ elementary schools. True that the middle school does not do as well, but scores are improving and they have the IB program, which LJ schools do not.
Lots of inaccuracies about the PB community in this thread.
If you live there, you know there are a lot of very quiet single family residential streets in Crown Point and in North PB as well in other pockets. There are a lot of older residents who have owned for very long periods of time and many youngish (late 30s/early 40s)professionals with young families. There is also a significant effort by these families to attend the public schools which explains the rising scores at the elementary level.
