The reason why I posted the question is because when the bubble was in tact – we had many people telling us to purchase in this area.
There are several reasons why I refused to move there & these reasons are all common sense for our life.
7 months after close of our 1st home & I’m so happy to stay in North County. We moved from Esco to San Marcos.
When we were in the market I wished more properties would hit the market. I tracked foreclosures, became pals w/ asset managers, & eventually scored.
Now I’m bummed that my nice neighbors just listed a short sale 🙁
