The problem I continue to have with the gloomy prediction from many in the media (as well as some of the doomsayers her) is the fact that they are often accompanied by discliamers such as “If and when rates go up, those pressures will be even greater.” You are essentially saying you guys are all idiots as long as what I think and want to happen does. If it doesnt happen…then nevermind.
