The Pardee quadrant in Carmel Country Highland is holding up pretty well (Carriage Run, Saratoga, Derby Hills, and Bridle Ridge_…. despite how I feel Carriage Run is overpriced. But then again, how I feel is irrelevant if there are buyers willing to pony up.. And there are still buyers willing to pony up….
Appreciation in 10-20 years? Don’t even bother planning for something that *might* happen 10-20 years…. Who knows if you’re going to be living here 10-20 years…And who knows how trashed the dollar is going to be 10-20 years.
