BG, I think that house Scarlett looked at would be an amazing deal in the mid 300s. I think it will take mid 400s to buy it.

And BG you make an excellent point about the tax savings of acquiring a major fixer like that. I would much rather pay 350k to buy a fixer than 500k to buy something in move in condition but that is just me. Most buyers these days don’t want the hassle and/or don’t have the time.
