The house was previously listed for 3.5M and had nice pictures including some looking down the canyon it backs up to with views of the ocean. Thatw as when they trying to sell for top dollar. When they listed as a short sale they posted new really bad pictures instead of using the good ones they had. Ask yourself what their motivation would be for doing that?
