The home went to Aurora Loan Services on 6/25/08 for 723k. Then the home was listed on 7/3 by Prudential and then went into escrow 12 days later. I would imagine they got alot of offers as it sold for 760 and just closed escrow a few days ago. It has not recorded yet. So no hanky panky just a trustee sale and then it went REO and then was sold.
