The home is in decent condition but it does not have a view. The lot is fair sized in terms of usable square footage, (IMO the actual yards for the higher end homes in ER are somewhat marginal) and there is alot of competition. I would refrain from answering the question right now because I had interaction with them. My recommended price to them was lower then what it is listed at. Once it sells or expires or cancels then I will let ya know. Remind me.
