The grass always seems greener on the other side, or in my case from far away. I was just thinking the other day how someone that just bought 2 blocks away from us, we bought in Feb they bought in Aug of this year got 50% bigger house on a lot more than twice the size of ours(and ours is not small) for $10,000 dollars less, but as the wife said, she likes ours better and that is all that counts.
P.S.-that house is also 10 years older. If I were you I would talk to your significant other and pay more attention to what they say than us here on Piggington.
