The funniest part is DZ was the greediest one here! When home prices crashed he was elated at the pain others were feeling. But it wasnt enough and he wanted them to experience more. He wasnt content to buy his family a nice safe, secure place to live in at 30 to 50% off the peak. No! He wanted more pain for those irresponsible overleveraged homebuyers and investors.
