The first home I bought was a corner house. It was in Washington state. The downside was twice the amount of sidewalk to shovel when it snowed. Obviously, that is not an issue here.
Another issue for me was the lack of privacy in the backyard. In the town I lived in people didn’t fence as much as they do here.. So I would have had to spend serious $$ to fence in the backyard to get a private yard. If the backyard is already fenced, you won’t have that issue.
The final issue is car noise from 2 streets… But if the streets aren’t very busy, that’s another non-issue.
Personally, I wouldn’t buy a corner lot again… But that’s just me. I learned a lot of things not to do with that house.
